Welcome, Iris!
Iris Gomez is the Coordinator of United Way of Central Jersey's newest initiative, Little Hands, Big Futures, the Middlesex County Alliance for Child and Family Success. Iris is a dynamic, enthusiastic, well-qualified professional with over 20 years of experience working with non-profit organizations in leadership roles aiding underserved communities. She is one of the founders of the HUD program for The Puerto Rican Association for Human Development, Inc. She has spent a portion of her career advocating for the homeless and HIV/AIDS prevention programs.
Iris Gomez is skilled in organizing events, fundraisers, and campaigns. She is a youth mentor, team motivator, and coach in integrating diversity and inclusion. Iris is at the forefront of leading Little Hands, Big Futures, a community resource line that connects families with young children to much-needed services focusing on underserved and undocumented communities.
