Assistance Program (TBRA)
Perth Amboy Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program (TBRA) is an emergency housing affordability program for low and very low-income households in Perth Amboy facing financial hardship. It covers rent arrears (not to exceed 2 months) and/or security deposits or both (not to exceed $5,000) and utility costs.
