If you have a class-action settlement with a cy pres award, please consider donating unallocated, unclaimed or undeliverable funds to United Way.
United Way of Central Jersey works to improve the lives of fragile families with young children in the communities we serve, covering most of Middlesex County and a portion of Franklin Township in Somerset County.
We connect families with young children with sustainable solutions in the areas of access to early childhood health care, early childhood enrichment, early grade reading proficiency, family financial literacy and asset building programs through programs like our Nurse-Family Partnership home visitation, VITA volunteer income tax preparation, our helpline for families, the Middlesex County Alliance for Child and Family Success and Parent-Child+, which focuses on early language and literacy development. United Way also provides support to the community times of emergencies and disasters, holds food, holiday and school supply drives, promotes and encourages early STEM learning and fosters volunteer engagement.
If you are considering making a cy pres award to United Way, please contact June Launay, Vice President, Resource Development at 732-247-3727, ext. 237.
